Qatar condemns armed prison attack

10 : 26 PM - 01/01/2017 Doha, Jan. 1 (BNA): The State of Qatar strongly condemned the terrorist armed attack on a prison in Bahrain, causing the death of a policeman as he was confronting the assailants. The Foreign Ministry issued a statement reiterating Qatar’s solidarity with Bahrain and backing all measures to confront such abominable acts and protect national security and stability. In the statement which was posted on Qatar News Agency (QNA), the ministry expressed competence to identify the perpetrators and bring them to justice. AHN
