Qatar's Minister of Commerce and Industry Meets Vice Chancellor of Germany

Doha, March 20 (QNA) - HE Minister of Commerce and Industry Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Abdullah Al-Thani met on Sunday with HE Vice Chancellor and Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action of the Federal Republic of Germany Dr. Robert Habeck and his accompanying delegation, currently visiting the country. The meeting reviewed the commercial, industrial and investment relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing and developing them, in addition to aspects of joint cooperation between the two sides. HE the Minister of Commerce and Industry highlighted the successful economic policies established by the State of Qatar to support the private sector, as well as the incentives, legislation and promising opportunities in Qatar that encourage foreign investment and provide more investment opportunities for companies wishing to invest in the country. The meeting was attended by HE Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Promotion Agency Qatar (IPA Qatar) Sheikh Ali bin Al Waleed Al-Thani, and Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Financial Centre Authority Yousuf Al Jaida.
