Another proposal was regarding students’ loans. 400 such loans out of 40 thousand have been taken out so far with banks reporting no more people willing to take it. Gulzhana Karagusova underlined that it was important to revise the students’ loan distribution system. This year’s presidential address is another strategic document which requires to be implemented by the Cabinet. On the outcomes of his speech, the Prime Minister answered some questions posed by the MPs. Karim Massimov reassured the parliamentarians that all remarks and proposals will be scrutinized.
