Royal Court mourns former Egyptian President

Manama, Feb. 25 (BNA): The Royal Court has mourned former Egyptian President Mohammed Hosni Mubarak who passed away today. In a statement issued today, the court paid homage to the former Egyptian President, stressing that the Arab nation has lost an iconic leader who dedicated his life to serving his country and the Arab nation. It also affirmed strong relations between the late former Egyptian President and Bahrain’s leadership, pointing out the key role played by Mohammed Hosni Mubarak in promoting Egypt’s role at the Arab and international level. The Royal Court extended sincerest condolences to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the late former President’s family, praying Allah the Almighty to bless the family with patience and consolation.
