Royal initiatives to promote human rights praised

Manama, Dec. 11 (BNA): The Representatives Council has affirmed support to the royal initiatives in the human rights field. It hailed the kingdom's achievements in this respect in light of the comprehensive development march spearheaded by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. The council stressed the kingdom's unflinching keenness on promoting human rights through various initiatives to achieve the UN goals, stressing that Bahrain will always remain the land of tolerance, coexistence and peace.
