Royal support to Bahraini youth praised

Manama, Aug. 11 (BNA): Representatives Council Speaker Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal praised contribution of the Bahraini youth to building the state of law and institutions, maximizing achievements and boosting the comprehensive development march under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Marking the International Youth Day, which is observed on August 12, the Representatives Council Speaker underlined the growing importance accorded by His Majesty the King to the youth sector. She also praised continuous follow-up of Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, National Security Advisor and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa. She lauded the active role of Bahraini youngsters in the kingdom’s development. She pointed out constant support of the Representatives Council to the youth-related issues to tap on youngsters’ potentials and creativity. The Representatives Council Speaker commended the patriotic role of Bahraini youth in protecting their homeland and achieving its growth and prosperity. She praised the hard work and sacrifice shown by Bahraini youth during the coronavirus pandemic by working in the medical, security and administrative crews or as volunteers. She noted that the youth represent an inherent part of the Bahraini civilization and an extension of the national heritage.
