Russian Deputy Foreign Minister receives Bahraini Ambassador

Manama, May 29 (BNA): Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Envoy for the Middle East and North Africa, Mikhail Bogdanov, today received Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Russian Federation, Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Saati. The Ambassador expressed his pride in the distinguished relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the friendly Russian Federation, stressing Bahrain's keenness to boost them and broaden cooperation, emphasising Bahrain's stance supportive to the brotherly Palestinian people in restoring their legitimate rights to establish an independent state on the borders of June 4, 1967 with East Jerusalem as its capital. He gave a brief on the "Peace for Prosperity" workshop, which will be hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain in partnership with the United States of America from 25-26 June 2019. He highlighted the objectives of the workshop, as well as the economic and investment topics will be focused on, which will contribute to the development and prosperity of the brotherly Palestinian people. The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister praised the progress and development of the bilateral relations at all levels, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain continued progress and prosperity.
