Russian Helicopters plans to deliver 21 Ka-32A11BC helicopters to Republic of Korea by 2025 - company

MOSCOW, August 18. /TASS/. Russian Helicopters are going to supply 21 Ka-32A11BC multirole helicopters to the Republic of Korea by 2025, the holding said on Friday. "Russian Helicopters holding intend to deliver 6 fire-fighting Ka-32A11BC helicopters for emergency services of South Korea by 2020 and supplies of about 15 Ka-32A11BC helicopters in interests of the forestry department of the Republic of Korea are planned by 2025," the company said. The Republic of Korea is currently operating about sixty Ka-32 helicopters, accounting for about a quarter of the total civil helicopter fleet in the country. It was reported earlier Russian Helicopters supplied 189 helicopters in total in 2016. Read more
