Salah Isa clinches horseracing cup

Manama, Jan. 15 (BNA): The final race of HH Shaikh Hamad bin Nasser Al Khalifa and HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Nasser Cup for Arabian Horses was held under the patronage of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee. The event was organised as part of the 3rd Bahrain Falcon and Hunting Tournament, being held in the International Endurance Village. “Holding such events come as part of our efforts to preserve the Kingdom’s authentic heritage, as per the directives of HM the King,” HH Shaikh Nasser said. Winning first in the event was Salah Isa of Bushahad Stable, followed by Ali Aman of Ana Otayib Stable. Third place went to Af Taamim’s Ahmed Al Hayki. In the award distribution ceremony of the event, Owner of Green Field company Mr. Khalid Jamal Mal Allah crowned the winners in the race which witnessed a large turnout..
