Saudi monarch's call to hold two emergency summits hailed

Manama, May 20 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa hailed the call of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to hold two emergency summits of the GCC and Arab leaders, in Mecca, alongside the Islamic Summit. Chairing the Cabinet regular meeting at Gudaibiyah Palace today, HRH the Premier stressed that the call reflects keenness on GCC and Arab coordination amid current regional challenges. He added that King Salman’s call asserts the pioneering role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in spearheading pan-Arab work to overcome the critical regional circumstances.
