Saudi Shura Council delegation arrives in Bahrain

Manama, Mar. 3 (BNA): Speaker of Saudi Shura Council, Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Sheikh, and his accompanying delegation, arrived here today on an official visit to the Council of Representatives that will run until Tuesday. Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla, Shura Council Chairman, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, First Deputy Speaker, MP Ali Al-Aradi, and the Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain, Dr. Abdulla bin Abdul Malik Al-Sheikh, welcomed the Saudi Shura Council Speaker and his accompanying delegation on their arrival. Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla welcomed his Saudi Shura Council counterpart and his accompanying delegation, expressing delight at the visit, and affirming the depth of the relations between the two countries and their brotherly peoples at all levels. The Saudi speaker and parliamentary delegation are expected to hold meeting with the Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla, and MPs on Sunday. They will hold joint talks in which they will discuss the latest GCC and global developments, as well as issues of common interest, and bilateral parliamentary cooperation. The delegation will also hold meetings with the Shura Council and other sides in the kingdom.
