SCE Deputy Chief Executive participates in Arab Environment Ministers Council meeting

Cairo, Oct. 23 (BNA): Deputy Chief Executive of the Supreme Council for Environment (SCE), Shaikh Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, took part in the 33rd session of the Arab Environment Ministers Council, which convened at the Arab League Secretariat General headquarters in Cairo, Egypt. Shaikh Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa stressed keenness of the Kingdom of Bahrain to support all efforts aimed at achieving the environmental goals, protecting planet Earth and guaranteeing a more secure and better future for the posterity. He noted that the meeting was in implementation of the recommendations of the previous session, pointing out that it coincides with the 27th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, which is set to be held in Sharm El-Sheikh.
