SEA President, Neutral Fuels discuss biofuel resources

Manama, Dec. 8 (BNA): Sustainable Energy Authority (SEA)’s President Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza received a delegation from Neutral Fuels headed by the company’s CEO Thomas Bell. Dr. Mirza praised the company's activity, which revolves around refining used cooking oils and turning them into a source of environmentally friendly biofuels. He briefed them on Bahrain’s initiatives and achievements in the fields of renewable energy, energy efficiency and investment opportunities for applications to utilize biofuels as one of the environmentally friendly energy sources in various fields and in existing and future projects. The delegation affirmed that the company will work on applying the most innovative technologies and will strive to develop its plans in line with the development visions set by the government for the sustainable energy sector.
