Serbian Speaker receives Bahraini Ambassador

Belgrade, Dec. 7 (BNA): The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic, met today in his office in Belgrade, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Republic of Serbia residing in Moscow, Mr. Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Saati. During the meeting, the Speaker welcomed the Ambassador and commended the level of friendship between the two countries in various fields, stressing the Republic of Serbia's interest in developing bilateral relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain at all levels, especially the parliamentary field. For his part, the Ambassador affirmed the keenness of the Kingdom of Bahrain to consolidate bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries and expand it to more comprehensive levels for the benefit of both countries and their peoples. The meeting also discussed a number of topics and issues of common interest.
