Shaikh Nasser hails Royal Endurance Team's achievement

Manama, Feb.11 (BNA): HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, Captain of the Bahrain Royal Endurance Team, affirmed that the eighth place result achieved by Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, member of the Bahrain Royal Endurance Team, in HH the UAE President Cup is a testimony for the successful development strategies designed to evolve the endurance sport in the Kingdom of Bahrain. HH Shaikh Nasser stressed that Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa managed to overcome many challenges enroute to achieve eighth place. The distance of the event was 160km, and HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa pointed out that the contest features stiff competition on top places given the participation of many top participants in the race. HH Shaikh Nasser underscored that the participation of the Bahrain Royal Endurance Team came positive from all aspects and many goals were achieved. For his part, Shaikh Mubarak bin Mohammed Al Khalifa expressed extreme joy at his result, praising the successful strategies given to him by HH Shaikh Nasser.
