Shura Chairman congratulated his Saudi counterpart on Arab honour

Manama, June 26 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, has congratulated the Speaker of the Saudi Shura Council, Dr. Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Sheikh, on being granted the Arab Excellence Medal by the Arab Parliament (AP) during the AP’s session held in Cairo last Saturday. Al-Saleh asserted that Al-Sheikh’s honouring is in tribute to his efforts to enhance joint Arab parliamentary action, effective and fruitful participation in Arab, Islamic and international parliamentary unions and keenness to coordinate Arab stances at international parliamentary gatherings. The Shura Chairman expressed pride in the prestigious medal that adds to the landmark achievements of sisterly Saudi Arabia and its leadership, wishing his Saudi counterpart further success.
