Shura Chairman congratulates Jordan on Independence Day

Manama, May 24 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh sent a cable of congratulations on Jordan’s Independence Day to President of the Jordanian Senate Faisal Akef Al-Fayez and House of Representatives Speaker Atef Yusef Tarawneh. Al Saleh expressed heartfelt congratulations to the Jordanian leadership and people, lauding strong bilateral relations and stressing the Shura Council’s keenness on boosting parliamentary cooperation. He wished Jordan more progress and prosperity. The Shura Council Chairman sent a similar cable to Jordanian ambassador to Bahrain Rami Warikat Al-Adwan.
