Shura Chairman to participate in fourth Arab Parliaments’ Speakers conference

Manama, Feb. 17 (BNA): A delegation headed by Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh will participate in the fourth conference of Speakers of Arab Councils and Parliaments organized by the Arab Parliament under the theme: “Parliamentary Role in Achieving Security and stability in the Arab world.” The conference will review the Arab parliamentary diplomatic role on Arab issues, exchange views and consultation in achieving security and stability in countries. The participants will discuss the consensus under the title: "A Parliamentary Vision to Achieve Security and Stability and Advance the Current Arab Reality." The Speakers of Arab Councils and Parliaments conference is held annually by the Arab Parliament to consult Arab issues, exchange views and ideas, and submit recommendations and parliamentary contributions to promote peace, human rights and sustainable development to Arab governments.
