Shura Council Chairman praises HM King’s support to youth

Manama, Dec.30 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa for his support to Bahraini youth. He said that the royal support heralds promising opportunities for Bahraini youth to showcase their creative talents and contribute to achieving sustainable development goals. He praised HM the King’s imitative in support of their category, citing particularly the King Hamad Youth Empowerment Award, whose winners were announced today. He lauded the keynote speech which was delivered by HM the King as he addressed the ceremony during which the award winners were announced. He said that the circumstances resulting from COVID-19 pandemic revealed the vital role played by youth who set an honourable role model and volunteered in different areas. He praised the role of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs, and Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) Chairman .
