Shura Council President condemns Sinai terrorist blast

Manama, Jun.5 (BNA): Shura Council President Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh sent a cable of condolences to Egyptian Parliament Speaker Dr. Ali Abdula’al over the victims of the terrorist attack which targeted a security checkpoint in the city of Al-Arish in Sinai, leaving several servicemen dead. He strongly condemned the terrorist attack which contravenes all religious precepts and humanitarian values, reiterating unwavering solidarity with Egypt and firm rejection of terrorism. He extended condolences to the victims’ families, praying to Allah the Almighty to rest the deceased’s souls in eternal peace and bless Egypt and its people with security and serenity. The Shura Council president sent a similar cable of condolences to Egyptian Ambassador to Bahrain Suha Ibrahim Mohammed Rifaat.
