SJC marks Bahraini Women’s Day

Manama, Dec. 7 (BNA): The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) held a celebration marking the Bahraini Women’s Day 2018. Court of Cassation President and SJC’s Deputy President, Chancellor Abdulla bin Hassan Al-Buainain, Attorney-General Dr. Ali bin Fadhul Al-Buainain, and SJC’s Secretary-General, Judge Ali Ahmed Al-Ka’abi, were present. Chancellor Al-Buainain extended deepest congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and to Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of HM the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), marking the Bahraini Women’s Day. He lauded the role played by Bahraini women, who, he said, have proved their merit and distinction in various fields, praising the efforts exerted by the female members of the Judiciary in the kingdom. The attorney-general also congratulated Bahraini women on the national occasion, praising their success in reaching leadership positions, which, he said, is a source pride for Bahrain. Chancellor Abdulla Al-Buainain and the Attorney-General honoured the female members of the Judicial Branch in the kingdom and the female employees of the SJC’s Secretariat-General, wishing them further success.
