Sooronbay Jeenbekov will visit Tajikistan

President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbaiy Jeenbekov will pay a working visit to Tajikistan chief of the Foreign Policy Department of the President’s Office of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Sydykov told during a press conference at Kabar News Agency. At the invitation of President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, President Sooronbay Jeenbekov will attend the next meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State, which is held on September 27-28 this year in Dushanbe. During the meeting, an exchange of views on cooperation within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States will be held. The participants of the meeting of will take decisions on the CIS presidency in 2019, the venue of the next meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of State, and the 75th anniversary of the victory of the Great Patriotic War. "A number of documents will also be adopted, including in the field of cultural and humanitarian cooperation, as well as in the sphere of ensuring security in the CIS area," Sydykov said. Within the framework of the event by the proposal of the Kyrgyz side, two items will be considered: the statement of CIS heads of state on the 90th anniversary of Chyngyz Aitmatov and the statement of participants about the World Nomad Games.
