Southern Governor receives Japanese Ambassador

Manama, Apr. 11(BNA): Southern Governor His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa received Japanese Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain Hideki Ito. The meeting focused on the outcome of the Governor’s successful visit to Japan, which had a positive on bilateral relations of friendship and strong cooperation between the two friendly countries. HH expressed thanks and appreciation to the Japanese Government and its people for the warm welcome and generous hospitality. He also thanked the Japanese ambassador for his efforts and cooperation to facilitate cooperation with the Japanese officials. The Southern Governor reiterated keenness on consolidating and expanding cooperation to serve shared interests and strengthen longstanding bilateral relations.
