Speaker: Bahrain capable of overcoming challenges

Manama, Mar. 16 (BNA): Representatives Council Speaker Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal praised the clear vision and strategies followed by the Kingdom of Bahrain in handling various challenges under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. She commended the great progress made by the National Taskforce for Combating Coronavirus (COVID-19) in containing the disease, under the leadership of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier. Following a meeting today between HRH the Crown Prince and members of the Shura and Representatives Councils, the Representatives Council Speaker stressed that the kingdom’s success in achieving forecast goals is the dividend of joint cooperation between relevant parties and the assumption of all of their national responsibilities which helped deal professionally with COVID-19 cases.
