Speaker congratulates Jordan on Independence Day

Manama, May 24 (BNA): Representatives Council Speaker Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal sent congratulatory cable to Jordanian Speaker of the House of Representatives Abdulkarim Al-Doghmi and President of the Senate Dr. Faisal Al Fayez on the Independence Day of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The Representatives Council Speaker expressed her most sincere congratulations on the occasion, wishing Jordan and its people further growth and prosperity. She praised deep-rooted bilateral relations, stressing keenness of the Representatives Council to promote parliamentary cooperation and coordinate stances at all levels. The Representatives Council Speaker sent a similar cable to Jordanian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain Rami Warikat Al Adwan.
