Speaker congratulates Pakistani counterparts

Manama, Mar. 22 (BNA): Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal, has sent cables of congratulations to Pakistan’s National Assembly counterpart, Asad Qaiser, and, Senate counterpart, Sadiq Sanjrani, on their country’s National Day. The speaker stressed the depth of the Bahraini-Pakistan relations, affirming the Representatives Council’s keenness to enhance all forms of bilateral parliamentary cooperation and coordination, wishing friendly Pakistan further progress and prosperity. The Representatives Council’s speaker sent a similar cable to the Pakistani Ambassador to Bahrain, Afzaal Mahmood.
