Speaker hails researchers’ efforts

Manama, Apr.19 (BNA): Council Representatives Speaker Fawziya bint Abdulla Zainal stressed keenness on supporting Bahraini researches to conduct more studies and obtain academic degrees so as to contribute to the development of all sectors in the Kingdom of Bahrain. She underscored the importance of supporting Bahraini youth and encouraging them on conducting researches and promoting innovative ideas which would have a positive impact on national development. “The reform project which was initiated by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa has created a favourable environment that supports writes and thinkers as well as care for young talents” she said. This came as she received Sheikha Al-Aliwi, a researcher at the Council of Representatives Legal Affairs Directorate, who presented a copy of her book “Legal Mechanisms to Protect Human Rights”. Chairman of International Military Sports Council Lieutenant Retired Colonel Abdul Hakim Al-Shenou and Dr. Fahd Ibrahim Al-Shehabi who also presented copies of their books.
