Speaker hails RHF humanitarian work

Manama, Dec. 27 (BNA): Speaker Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal praised the important initiatives launched by the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) in the humanitarian fields, which reflects the commitment of Bahraini people to the values ​​of solidarity. The Speaker made this statement marking The International Human Solidarity Day, observed on December 20 of each year. Zainal hailed the humanitarian efforts and directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in support of humanitarian work inside and outside Bahrain. She stressed that the government headed by His Royal Highness Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, has supported the humanitarian work carried out by RHF under the leadership of His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa. RHF Secretary-General Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed conveyed in a similar statement the greetings of HH Shaikh Nasser to the Speaker and MPs for their support of the achievements of RHF. The RHF’s work comes within the strategy of HM the King and his humanitarian principle in the importance of supporting those in need, Al Sayed said that the advancement of countries is not measured only by what they provide to their citizens, but also by what it provides to the needy in and outside its borders. He affirmed that Bahrain is working to provide humanitarian aid according to a professional and scientific administrative method that preserves dignity of the needy and contributes to their protection through the implementation of developmental, humanitarian, health and educational projects.
