Speaker to head to the UAE on Sunday

Manama, Mar.16 (BNA): Council of Representatives Speaker Fawziya bint Abdulla Zainal will he head tomorrow, Sunday, to the United Arab Emirates, to attend as a keynote speaker the opening session of a conference themed “Family’s role in fostering tolerance”. The conference will be held on Monday in Abu Dhabi under the patronage of Her Highness Shaikha Fatma bint Mubarak Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, President of the General Women's Union, and Chairwoman of Motherhood and Childhood Supreme Council. The Speaker will address the conference and stressed Bahrain’s role in consolidating the principles and values of tolerance and co-existence, highlighlting the initiatives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa to build bridges between societie and disseminate knowledge and foster the values of peace and amity all over the world. The conference will also shed light on the projects and contributions of Her Highness Shaikha Fatma bint Mubarak, the Mother of the UAE, as model of tolerance, playing a crucial role on the local, GCC, Arab and international levels.
