Speaker to hold talks with Kuwaiti counterpart on Thursday

Manama, Oct.20 (BNA):Council of Representatives Speaker Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal will tomorrow, Thursday, hold a meeting with Kuwait’s National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al Ghanim. Zainal welcomed the visit of her Kuwaiti counterpart, adding that the meeting reflects strong histrorical and fraternal relations binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait. She hailed model relations between the two countries, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Amir of Kuwait His Highness Shaikh Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah. The two sides will hold a session of talks to discuss joint legislative and parliamentary cooperation.
