Speaker receives outgoing Sudanese Ambassador

Manama, June 22 (BNA): Speaker Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal received the outgoing Sudanese Ambassador to Bahrain Ibrahim Mohamed Al Hassan. Zainal praised the fruitful efforts made by the ambassador during his tenure in enhancing bilateral relations, and strengthening parliamentary cooperation between Bahrain and Sudan. She affirmed the parliament’s keenness to strengthen cooperation, confirming the royal directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to always seek enhancing cooperation and joint Arab action in various fields for the good and interest of the countries and peoples of the region. The ambassador expressed his appreciation for the Kingdom and His Majesty, praising the efforts of Bahrain in supporting cooperation with Sudan, and promoting joint Arab action in all forums and domains.
