Speaker sends condolences to Egyptian counterpart

Manama, Feb. 27(BNA): Council of Representatives Speaker Fawziya bint Abdulla Zainal sent a cable of condolences to Egyptian Parliament President Dr. Ali Abdula'al on the victims of the fire that broke out at Cairo Ramses train station. She prayed to Allah the Almighty to lay the souls of the deceased in eternal peace, bless their families and relatives with solace and fortitude and the wounded with quick recovery. The Speaker voiced Bahrain’s solidarity with Egyptian leadership and people in these painful circumstances, lauding solid historic and fraternal relations binding the two friendly countries and peoples. She also sent a cable of condolences to Egyptian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain Suha Ibrahim Mohammed Rifaat, praying to Allah the Almighty to protect Egypt and its brotherly people from any harm.
