Speaker voices solidarity with Egypt

Manama, Feb.16 (BNA): Council of Representatives Speaker Fawziya bint Abdulla Zainal sent a cable of condolences to Egyptian Parliament President Dr. Ali Abdula’al over the terrorist attack which happened in North Sinai, Egypt, leaving a number of policemen dead and injured. She extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, wishing the injured a quick recovery. She expressed solidarity with Egypt in combating terrorism and taking all measures to maintain its security and stability. The Speaker also sent a similar cable of condolences to Egyptian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain Suha Ibrahim Mohammed Rifaat.
