Speaker voices support to Egypt

Manama, Jun.5 (BNA): Council of Representatives Speaker Fawziya bint Abdulla Zainal strongly condemned the terrorist attack which targeted a security checkpoint in the city of Al-Arish in Sinai, Egypt, leaving several servicement dead. She reiterated parliamentary support to Egypt in confronting violence extremism and terrorism, backing all measures to bolster security and stability. She sent a cable of condolences to Egyptian Parliament Speaker Dr. Ali Abdula’al, extending condolences to the victims’ families. She prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest their souls in eternal peace and protect Egypt from any harm. The Speaker sent a similar cable of condolences to Egyptian Ambassador to Bahrain Suha Ibrahim Mohammed Rifaat.
