Special envoy for Climate Affairs receives Oceans series filming crew

Manama, Feb. 25 (BNA): Special Envoy for Climate Affairs and Chief Executive of the Supreme Council for Environment (SCE), Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Dainah, received in his office the filming crew of the Oceans series, which will be shown on Netflix platform in cooperation with the Arab Regional Centre for World Heritage (ARC-WH). Dr. bin Dainah hailed the crew’s visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain to film its Main environmental landmarks. He stressed keenness of SCE to provide them with the logistic support to facilitate their two-week work which will shed light on natural and wildlife as well as the islands of the Kingdom of Bahrain. It is worth noting that the series is produced by Wild Space Productions company, in cooperation with ARC-WH, and aims to spotlight biodiversity characterizing the kingdom’s waters. The series is expected to be broadcast in 2022.
