Students discuss “direct link” with the President
London, November 26, 2009 (Khabar) - Kazakhstani students of UK Universities discuss perspectives defined by President Nursultan Nazarbayev during an interactive communication. Aishat Yergalieva is a third year student of the faculty of chemical engineering at college of London University, she asked about the possibility of creating of scientific and technology parks that combine science and production on the basis of Kazakhstan's higher education. While answering this question, the President noted that such a platform had been established in a number of leading universities of the country, and encouraged youth to participate more actively in this work.
Aishat Yergalieva, a student at college of London University:
- I want to say many thanks to our President about the scientific and technology parks that are already opened in Kazakhstani Universities. This motivates us very much and gives us hope to realize our obtained knowledge after arrival home.
Assel Alibekova is from Kostanai, she is 3 rd year student at Royal College of London, future mechanical engineer. She believes that the President's initiative to implement a program of industrial-innovative breakthrough opens great opportune for young Kazakhstani citizens.
Dauren Kuanyshev is from Aktobe, he is graduate of the Academy of Diplomacy of the University of Westminster, the future international lawyer. He says he liked the idea of the President to attract young personnel to the implementation of the "Way to Europe" and forthcoming presidency of Kazakhstan in the OSCE.

- One needs desire and willpower to begin a good matter. In my opinion, all these qualities peculiar to youth, which is now studying abroad. I also want to note the significance and usefulness for us of such events with the participation of the President.
