Symposium on Greenhouse Vegetable Farming Closes

Pyongyang, June 27 (KCNA) -- The sci-tech symposium on greenhouse vegetable farming-2019, which opened on June 11, closed with due ceremony at the Pyongyang Vegetable Science Institute under the Academy of Agricultural Science on Wednesday. During the symposium, scientific research successes and technical experience have been presented and sci-tech and practical lectures given with the main emphasis on breeding and introducing new functional vegetable species and putting the production of vegetable on an intensive and modern basis as required by the trend of the world development.
