Tehran Intl. Video Film Festival jury announced

TEHRAN,June 16(MNA) -- Organizers of the 1st Tehran International Video Film Festival announced the jury for the international section. The jury includes filmmakers Marek Piestrak from Poland, Scott J.T. Frank from the United States and Vinay Shukla from India. In addition, the Algerian artistic director of Geneva International Oriental Film Festival Tahar Houchi and Iranian actress Hengameh Qaziani are on the panel. Fifteen films by directors from 9 countries including Turkey, Germany, India, France, Russia, Spain and Iran will be competing in the international section of the 5-day festival, which is scheduled to open on June 17.
