TURKISH AMBASSADOR OBSERVER
Damascus administration made an important step after meeting of Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. Turkey's Ambassador in Damascus watched withdrawal of tanks from Hama.
Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, speaking at provincial chairmen meeting of his Justice & Development (AK) Party, stated that visit of Davutoglu yielded results. He said, "Turkish Ambassador Omer Onhon went to Hama. He said the tanks and security forces began to withdraw."

NEW BHUTTO IN ANKARA TODAY
Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar, known as the "new Bhutto" of Pakistan, will come to Turkey on Thursday upon a formal invitation from Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.

NEW BHUTTO OF PAKISTAN TO COME
Foreign minister Hina Rabbani Khar (34), known as the new Benazir Bhutto of Pakistan, will pay a visit to Turkey today. Khar is the youngest and the first woman foreign minister of Pakistan. She is the daughter of a tribe leader.
Rabbani graduated U.S. Massachusetts University Tourism and Entertainment Department.
In her two day visit to Ankara, Rabbani will meet President Abdullah Gul, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul.

AND THE TANKS WITHDRAWN
Following Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu's 6.5 hour meeting with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, tanks have withdrawn from Hama. 
Davutoglu said this step which was made after his visit was very important. He also said they would take the journalists to Hama in the coming days.
Davutoglu had telephone conversations with foreign ministers of many countries, including U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, after his visit to Syria and gave them information about his visit.

Riots in London spread to seven other cities. British police did not send any patrol to Dalston, thinking that Turks were protecting the region. Also, protestors crashed three Muslims with a car and killed them in Birmingham.

Retired General Hasan Igsiz, former commander of the First Army, was arrested and sent to prison within the scope of a case on an internet memorandum.

PKK'S DEVIOUS PLAN DISCUSSED IN STATE SUMMIT
According to reports of National Intelligence Agency (MIT) and Security Department which were presented to the government, PKK terrorist organization shaped up a new action strategy to intimidate supporters of Justice & Development (AK) Party in the Southeastern Anatolian region. Target is to strengthen the hand of PKK head Abdullah Ocalan and Peace & Democracy Party (BDP).

First woman Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar of Pakistan, who was resembled to assassinated Pakistani leader Bhutto, will hold meetings with Turkish President Abdullah Gul and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. During her visit to India, she drew attention with her Roberto Cavalli glasses and 100,000 USD of Hermes handbag. Her hobby is mountaineering.

ASSAD WITHDRAWS TANKS
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said that Syrian army withdrew its tanks from Hama city 24 hours after he paid a visit to Syria. Noting that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad briefed him about the situation in Hama, Davutoglu said that Turkish ambassador Onhon toured Hama, and performed his prayer in a mosque together with people. However, operations are still under way in some cities.

Davutoglu said first tangible steps have started to be taken not before 24 hours after his visit. Davutoglu said the army started to withdraw tanks and heavy weapons from Hama.

ASSAD GOT TURKEY'S MESSAGE MADE THE FIRST STEP
Positive results of visit of Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu to Syria started to be taken 24 hours before the visit. Syria withdrew its tanks from Hama which massacred hundreds of people. Turkey's Ambassador to Damascus Omer Onhon met the people in Hama.
The city was opened to journalists. Davutoglu said journalists from Turkey would also go to the region. He said, "Syria should be opened to the world. It is important to ensure a political change without bloodshed."

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the famine in Africa was a humanity matter and that they would question the indifference of the world towards this bleeding wound on every platform. Erdogan said, "I and my foreign minister and our families will travel to Somalia. We will examine the situation on its place."

SIX MOBILE HOSPITALS IN AFRICA
Health Minister Recep Akdag said that Turkey would send six mobile hospitals to Somalia. Noting that 10 tons of medicine would also be sent to the region, Akdag said that Turkish health personnel, all volunteers, would work in the hospitals.
