Train museum of Marshal to be shown

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Victory on Khalkh River Battle, celebrated in August, a "Train Museum of Marshal" will open on June 6. The Ministry of Defense and the Ulaanbaatar Railways joint venture agreed on this matter during their meeting to discuss cooperation issues. Accordingly, the UB railways and the Museum of Mongolian Troops will co-organize a campaign called "Warrior Flag" through the southern and northern railways. In addition, a three-month campaign will commence soon to have all employees of the railways visit the UB-based Home Museum of Soviet Marshal Georgy Zhukov with purposes to propagandize the tradition of Mongolian military and promote the patriotism. Present at the meeting were Colonel O.Batmonkh, secretary of the sub-commission for marking the anniversary; Colonel G.Zolzaya, a members of the commission; I.A.Dombrovsky, the first deputy head of the UB Railways joint venture and chairman of the working group of celebrating the anniversary of Khalkh River Battle; and Yu.Nyamjargal, a deputy head of the UB Railways.
