The transnational drug dealing grouping is neutralized

Kostanai, October 19, 2009 (Khabar) - Large party of heroin is detained in Kostanai. Officials of National Security Committee of RK at interaction with the National Security Council of Kirghiz Republic have stopped activity of transnational drug dealing grouping. At carrying out of special action some hiding places have been found out in car "Chevrolet-Niva" with the Kirghiz numbers, following from Bishkek to Yekaterinburg. Two citizens of Kyrgyzstan and Russia suspected in the organization of drug channels are detained. During detention National Committee officials after careful examination and detailed analysis of a back threshold, the bottom of a luggage carrier and amplifiers of a forward bumper have found out 57 packages with heroin in gross weight more than 21 kilograms. Drug potion’s cost in the black markets of Russia could make over a half-million of dollars. From the beginning of year it is already the sixth case of transportation of the heavy drugs, stopped by employees of national security.

- The international channel of delivery of drugs from the city of Bishkek in the city of Yekaterinburg is stopped. The specified detained persons are citizens – one of Russian Federation, another is from the Kyrgyz Republic. The sanction of article of the Criminal code, on which the given drug businessmen are detained provides punishment up to lifelong imprisonment. Now the Department spends urgent investigatory actions.
