Transportation and Telecommunications Minister receives Yemeni counterpart

Manama, Jun 9 (BNA): Transportation and Telecommunications Minister Kamel bin Ahmed Mohammed has today received Yemeni Minister of Transportation Dr. Abdulsalam Saleh Humaid. The meeting was on the sidelines of the visit of the Head of Yemen's Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, and his accompanying delegation.to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The two sides explored ways of enhancing joint cooperation in the sectors of land, sea and air transportations to strengthen social and economic ties and serve development goals. They also reviewed opening the way for Bahraini companies to invest and work in the transport sector in Yemen, in addition to benefiting from the services and capabilities available in the Kingdom of Bahrain to develop Yemeni cadres in the fields of maritime and air transport.
