Trees were planted in a new Sayaly micro district of Alatau district

Almaty, December 10, 2009 (Khabar) - 76 houses were already built here and young trees will bloom in spring. Mayor of Almaty, said “The city authorities are doing and will do everything in order Alatau district is landscaped and full”. According to the district mayor, Bagdat Manzorov, three schools and kindergartens were built here this year. Branch offices of all urban services are also opened in this new district. Nearly half a billion tenge is allocated and about three thousand people were employed within the Road Map program. 160 streets and roads were repaired and four micro districts were supplied with natural gas.

- And the most important question, which was hesitated for years, legalization of illegally constructed houses. This year we conducted an inventory, 4523 of illegal buildings, of which 2,500 are now legalized. 15 thousand people became full citizens of our city. Today, illegal construction is halted for 100% and the district will develop according to the law.

More about 1600 houses and buildings can not be legalized, as they are not intended for habitation zone. For the owners of these houses new flats will be built or they will be provided with land for construction in Sayaly micro district.
