Turkey expresses concern over a U.S. soldier's attack on Afghan civilians

ANKARA (A.A) – Turkey expressed concern over the attack of a U.S. soldier on Afghan civilians in Kandahar. Turkish Foreign Ministry stated on Wednesday that Turkey felt sorry over a U.S. soldier's killing 16 civilians in Afghanistan on March 11, 2012. The ministry offered condolences to the relatives of the victims. Turkey expects ISAF to immediately conclude the investigation and bring assailants into the court as well as take necessary steps to prevent similar incidents happen again, said the ministry.
