SOFTENING IN CRISIS
Main opposition Republican Poeple's Party (CHP) Chairman Kemal Kilicdaroglu is expected to visit Parliament Speaker Cemil Cicek within the next couple of days to overcome the oath-taking crisis. Former parliamentarian Ali Topuz mediated, and carried out a telephone traffic between Kilicdaroglu and Cicek. It was learned that Kilicdaroglu said, "this thing will be going bad. Let's talk and see what guarantee they want. Solution is my primary mission."

ERDOGAN CORRECTS
Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan corrected the statement of his Justice & Development (AK) Party's Group Deputy Chairman Mustafa Elitas who said, "the deadline is July 15 for Republican People's Party (CHP) to take oath at Parliament, otherwise, it will be too late." Erdogan said, "there is a slip of tongue in my friend's explanation about July 15."
Also, Deputy Premier Bulent Arinc said that dropping the deputyship of parliamentarians, who did not take oath at the Parliament, could not be on the agenda, and he expressed hope that the crisis would be solved within a few days.

CABINET WITH 4 KEY WORDS
Here are the keywords for Prime Minister Erdogan's new cabinet: Constitution, Kurdish move, social state and education reform. Erdogan signed the new cabinet list at the Prime Ministry headquarters yesterday. Four ministers, namely Binali Yildirim, Recep Akdag, Ali Babacan and Besir Atalay, have kept their positions in the government since November 2002. Stability and performance are the key words for this success. Atalay's positive point is the "Kurdish issue", while Bulent Arinc, Bekir Bozdag and Sadullah Ergin are three important names for the "constitution". Delivering Turkey's education system to Omer Dincer is a move to "close the gap". Faruk Celik and Fatma Sahin's route will be to strengthen the "social state".

"SLIP OF TONGUE" BREAK TO NON-ATTENDANCE CRISIS
Republican People's Party (CHP) chairman Kemal Kilicdaroglu will meet Parliament Speaker Cemil Cicek to discuss the oath-taking crisis. In the meantime, Prime Minister Erdogan's remarks describing his party's deputy group chairman's words setting July 15 as the deadline to take oath at the parliament as "a slip of the tongue" eased the tension.
