SPECIAL FORCES IN NORTH OF IRAQ
While our jets were bombing Mount Qandil, special forces were hunting terrorists. Soldiers pushed the button to give the harshest response to the recent bloody attack of PKK terrorists. While our warplanes were bombing Qandil, special operations force proceeded to the other side of the Turkish border. Prior to the operation, 1,000 police forces were transferred to the region.

THEY'LL PAY THE PRICE
Turkey is crying for its heroes. Eight soldiers, who were killed in a terrorist attack in Cukurca town of the southeastern province of Hakkari two days ago, were sent to their hometowns after the ceremony in the eastern province of Van. Fellow soldiers of the victims took oath as “our sadness is as big as mountains, but we will keep our head high. Traitors will be drowned in their own blood.”

PLANTED MINES FOR A WEEK, NO ONE NOTICED
Interesting details are being revealed about the recent terrorist attack which killed eight soldiers in Cukurca town of the southeastern province of Hakkari. It was claimed that terrorists, who had connection with Syrian terrorist Fehman Huseyin –code named Bahoz--, planted mines on the road by working at nights for a week. After the first attack, soldiers asked for support from headquarters, but the second unit which was sent to the region also fell into the trap of terrorists.

ATTACK WITH ROCKET LAUNCHERS KILLS TWO SOLDIERS IN ERUH
PKK terrorists attacked Bilgili Gendarmery Station in Eruh town of the southeastern province of Siirt last night. They launched rockets and opened fire on the station, killing two soldiers; sergeant Ilker Atan and officer Recep Garli. Also four soldiers were wounded. During the clash, two terrorists were killed.

NEW METHOD AGAINST TERRORISM
At the end of the meeting of the National Security Council that lasted for four and a half hours, a statement was released. The statement said that new methods would be used in combating terrorism.

FUNERALS TAKE PLACE FOR MARTYRS
Funeral ceremonies of 8 soldiers who were martyred in terrorist attack in southeastern province of Hakkari took place. After funerals, their bodies were taken to their hometowns. Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan offered his condolences to father of martyred major Yavuz Basayar in a visit to their house in Yenimahalle in Ankara.
