MANY FIRSTS CAME FROM AK PARTY, SAYS ERDOGAN
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan was in the southern province of Nigde on Thursday. Addressing a large crowd, Erdogan said that the Justice and Development (AK) Party was the party which brought "many firsts" to Turkey. "AK Party continues its path as a party of service and projects. We had dreams that turned into goals. We planned them and turned them into reality," Erdogan said.
A COMPLETELY NEW CONSTITUTION
A candidate of the Justice and Development (AK) Party from the southern province of Hatay and former Justice Minister, Sadullah Ergin, said that the distribution of seats in the Turkish Parliament on June 13 was highly important for the new Constitution. "Our goal was not to make amendments in the constitution but rather make a completely new constitution," Ergin underlined.

ERDOGAN TO ANNOUNCE CRAZY PROJECT FOR DIYARBAKIR
After announcing "crazy projects" for Istanbul and Ankara, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that he will soon announce a "crazy project" for the south-eastern province of Diyarbakir. Erdogan said that they would make public the crazy project for Diyarbakir close to the June 12 elections.
AYDIN TO BECOME INTERNATIONAL CENTER OF PILOT TRAINING
Turkey's national air carrier, Turkish Airlines (THY), is about to open a Flight Training Academy in the western province of Aydin. The new center is expected to be the international center of pilot training. THY will train 200 pilots a year.

A twenty year-old university student was killed and 38 others were injured when their bus collided with a truck in the Turkish capital, Ankara, on Thursday. Two of the injured students, who were air lifted by an ambulance helicopter, were in critical condition.

Head of Turkey's Religious Affairs Directorate Mehmet Gormez is set to pay a visit to a "Eriklibaba Cemevi" in Istanbul. Gormez will be the first director of the Religious Affairs ever to visit a Cemevi since the directorate was established 87 years ago.
