Twinning Agreement Signed Between Qatari and Egyptian Courts of Cassation

Doha, February 16 (QNA) -Qatari Court of Cassation has signed a twinning agreement with the Court of Cassation in Egypt, on cooperation and coordination between the two sides. The agreement was signed for the Qatari side by HE Mohammad Masoud Al-Amiri, the Head of the Court of Cassation and Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, and for the Egyptian side by HE Counselor Mohamed Hossam Eldin Al-Ghariani, Head of the Court of Cassation the Chief Justice. The twinning agreement ensures cooperation and coordination between the two courts in the exchange of judgments and judicial principles, holding symposiums and joint seminars and coordination between departments of both courts in the development of their work and administrative cadres. This agreement is considered to be embodiment of the spirit of cooperation between Qatar and the Egypt in the judicial and legal fields. (QNA)
