UAE Foreign Minister receives Bahraini ambassador

Abu Dhabi, Nov. 13 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates His Highness Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan received Ambassador of Bahrain to the United Arab Emirates, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah bin Ali Al Khalifa. HH Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed stressed the keenness of the UAE to strengthen coordination and consultation with Bahrain at all levels, based on the historic and close ties between the two countries, and the brotherly relations and common destiny and goals between their peoples. He also hailed the joint and continuous efforts to achieve the common interests of the two countries, which are reflected in the recent Joint High Committee between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the UAE held in Manama. He praised the positive outcomes aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation and coordination. The ambassador affirmed the deep-rooted brotherly relations between Bahrain and the UAE, which are based on mutual respect, historical ties and joint coordination at all levels. During the meeting, Issues of mutual concern between the two brotherly countries were also discussed, in addition to affirming their continued joint coordination towards all issues.
