UAE minister: storming of Bahraini embassy in Baghdad a dangerous escalation

Abu Dhabi, June 28 (BNA): UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Anwar Gargash described the storming of Bahrain’s embassy in Baghdad as rejected and disapproved and represents a dangerous legal and political escalation. “We call upon the Iraqi Government to assume its responsibilities and legal commitments regarding the protection of diplomatic work and headquarters of diplomatic missions in the capital and other Iraqi towns”, he said on his twitter account.
